How do I get started with TaskMerlin?
Download, install and run TaskMerlin. When prompted by the
Welcome screen, create an Examples database and then refer to the Read Me! task
to get started. For information about the installation process,
refer to the Installation Guide. For specific questions
about using TaskMerlin, select FAQ's from the TaskMerlin Help menu.
Will I able to get free upgrades?
Yes. A purchased license includes 12 months of free updates, including major versions
released during this time. After that time, major version upgrades will be available at
a discounted price.
Can I share my database with other users?
Yes, for users of the TaskMerlin Professional Edition. To enable sharing,
refer to the Installation Guide.
Can I access my database over the Internet?
Yes. The easiest way is to create a virtual private network (VPN) on any TaskMerlin PC connected
to the Internet using the freely available LogMeIn Hamachi VPN Tool.
